Many people spend years practicing Qigong, Tai Chi, or energy work without ever being taught the one skill that powers all of it. They learn forms, movements, and techniques. They experience some benefits. Yet, the deeper levels of vitality, healing, resilience, and internal power remain just out of reach. The missing piece is surprisingly simple, says Qigong master Sifu Scott Jensen — most practitioners are never taught how to build authentic Qi. Join Sifu Jensen for a FREE online event and discover why so many practitioners plateau, and what classical masters are actually training beneath every movement. Register here: https://theshiftnetwork.com/Swimming-Dragon-Qigong During this special event, Sifu Jensen will reveal the 6-stage path he used to develop real internal power and guide you through a Swimming Dragon Qigong practice — designed to help you begin experiencing how to gather, strengthen, and circulate authentic Qi for greater healing, vitality, resilience, and spiritual development.
