Ready to make a meaningful difference for families in your community? We are looking for parent support volunteers for our Home-Start program in the Greater Bendigo and the Macedon Ranges areas. What does a parent support volunteer do exactly? As a Parent Support Volunteer, you’ll work alongside families in their homes to build confidence and connection. This includes: •Emotional encouragement and a listening ear •Parenting guidance using your lived experience as a parent or caregiver •Practical assistance to help with day-to-day challenges in early parenting • Weekly face-to-face visits (1-2 hours) in Greater Bendigo or the Macedon Ranges Your support helps reduce isolation and strengthens child and family wellbeing.
