How we count

Ad text

You are a Director. A Vice President. A senior individual contributor who has built a career that speaks for itself. And you are still not getting callbacks. Not because you are underqualified. Because the market you are competing in right now does not reward qualifications alone. It rewards strategy, visibility, and access to the people making decisions before the job ever gets posted. You did not get to this level by doing what everyone else was doing. Your job search should not look like everyone else's either. I spent 18 years inside Fortune 500 organizations deciding who got the offer and who did not. I have made over 10,000 hiring decisions. I have been in the rooms where your name either comes up or it does not. Where a referral from the right person changes everything. Where a resume that looks exactly like yours gets passed over because the positioning was off by two inches. I know exactly what separates the candidate who gets the offer from the candidate who gets the silence. Reverse recruiting is not resume writing. It is not just coaching. It is me going to work on your behalf. Building your strategy. Positioning you in the market. Getting you in front of decision-makers before the competition even knows the role exists. This is for the professional who is done waiting for the market to recognize what they already know about themselves. If you are a senior level professional such as a Director, VP, C-suite leader, or senior individual contributor ready to compete differently, let's talk. Tap below to get started.
