BALMORAL CASTLE ARTISAN MARKET The Castle will be partially surrounded by a tented village and for the first time the castle itself will be hosting exhibitors within its beautiful ballroom and the market will then continue down towards the mews, café, gift shop and stable buildings with exhibitors from near and far vying for your attention with a wide range of beguiling Scottish crafts, food and drink. A wonderful range of refreshments will be available from Balmoral’s beautifully refurbished cafes, alongside a variety of delicious street food vendors will be artisan tarts and cakes from the Highland Pâtissier. There will be a fine selection of wickedly tempting rum, gin, liqueurs, cocktails, Negroni, moonshine, vodka and the beautiful botanical spirits of Highland Boundary. For the food enthusiasts amongst us there will be a fine range of home baking, delightful patisseries, a sublime range of charcuterie, fresh game in the shape of sausages, steaks, loin cuts and pies. Fabulous cheeses, any amount of mouth watering fudges and tablet, bespoke chocolates, sumptuous macarons together with old fashioned confectionery and not forgetting truly delightful pickles and chilli preserves. Curated teas and boozy preserves will be a treat for all, At the start of the Christmas season this would be such a delightful way to begin exploring all the gift options our exhibitors have to offer. This will be one of our largest events to date with a tantalising collection of artisan art and craft. The ranges will include hand forged craft, aromatic candles, antler art, skincare and soaps, captivating ceramics and artworks, a fine array of beguiling jewellery, luxurious textiles, a collector’s range of stuffed animals, awe inspiring fused glass, charming stationery, exquisite cabinet work, recycled homeware, enticingly stained glass and the cutest of wooden gifts and amusements to name just a few. Street food will be available from a fine variety of vendors and teas, coffees and cold drinks will be available courtesy of Roaring Stag.
