If you've got five-plus years in site work and you're ready to run the job, this one's for you. Hunt Valley Contractors is hiring a Site Work Foreman for our Site Construction Division. Not a generalist — a specialist. You'll shoot grade, operate a mini excavator and skid steer at a high level, and lead crews on commercial playground installations, shelter builds, shade structures, and site amenities across Maryland, DC, Virginia, and West Virginia. Important — this is a hard requirement: You must be able to reliably commute to our Owings Mills, MD location every morning. Crews report here each day before heading to the job site. If you can't make that commute daily, this position isn't a fit. What you'll earn: $74,500–$87,600 base salary $100,000+ average annual pay with overtime 100% company-paid health insurance 3% 401(k) contribution Boot voucher + paid safety certifications PTO, sick leave & paid holidays To apply: Click Learn More to visit our website and apply there. A resume is required with every application — applications without a resume won't be considered. Kate follows up within one business day. Must pass background check and drug screen.
