HVAC Technician – Journeyman or Licensed Don Myers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling 💰 Pay $24–$35/hour + overtime Pay is based on your actual license level and verified experience — not a flat rate. ✅ Benefits • Company vehicle provided • Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Long-Term Disability insurance • SEP IRA retirement plan with company contributions • Paid time off and holidays • Year-round work — no seasonal layoffs • Career growth track: Technician → Senior Tech → Supervisor → Manager 📍 Location Berne, Indiana — serving NE Indiana and Western Ohio 🔧 What You'll Do • Residential and commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation • Diagnose and resolve system issues independently • Install HVAC systems including layout and duct work (licensed level) • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications • Mentor junior technicians and apprentices (licensed level) • Document work through ServiceTitan 🧠 Qualifications • 4+ years HVAC experience required (8+ years preferred for licensed-level placement) • Indiana or Ohio HVAC/Contractor license preferred — or actively pursuing licensure with 8+ years experience • EPA 608 certification required • Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, systems, and tools • Able to work independently and manage a full day of service calls • Professional appearance and solid communication skills • Valid driver's license with clean record • Must pass background check and drug screen 🕒 Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday 8–10 hour shifts with overtime available About Us Locally owned and family-oriented, Don Myers PHC has served the community for over 47 years.
