Ad text

Animal moves for strength? Yep! https://gmb.io/locomotion/ Most people think of these locomotor movement patterns as useful for conditioning, mobility, or skill development (which they are, btw...), but not so much for strength. And we'd like to change that perception. Try this: go as slow as you can through the transition. Then try: stall completely. You'll find you need a different kind of strength to what you build with most exercises, and you can immediately feel how useful it is for different kinds of movements in sports or just moving around in your daily life. Stalls have been one of the "secret weapon" techniques in our Elements program for years, and they can build a ton of (useful) strength - no equipment or fancy protocols required. Just slow down and train your muscles to hold and control your weight. It's just that easy, but it's not easy ;)
