🎁 The Christmas Shoebox Appeal – Small Boxes, Big Hearts ❤️ A simple shoebox can travel thousands of miles — and change a child’s Christmas completely. Every year, as part of our Winter Aid Truck, we collect thousands of shoeboxes filled with small gifts for children in Romania and Ukraine. For many of them, it’s the only present they’ll receive all year. Each box carries a message of love — from one child to another, from one family to another. Inside can be simple things: toys, school supplies, hats, scarves, or toothbrushes — small items that bring huge joy. This is your chance to make a real difference. 🫶 Join our Christmas Shoebox Appeal by preparing a shoebox at home or through your school, and help us spread the word so even more children can feel remembered this Christmas. 📦 You can drop off your donations at any Rocksalt Restaurant — in Blackrock, Dundalk, or Carrickmacross — or at the AOH Hall in Blackrock during our final collection week: from Saturday, 1th November until Saturday, 8th November, before they join the Winter Aid Truck on its journey to Romania and Ukraine. Let’s fill this year’s truck with love, laughter, and hope. 🎄💛 #ChristmasShoeboxAppeal #WinterAidTruck #Crosscause #IrishCharity #AidForUkraine #ChristmasShoeboxAppeal #WinterAidTruck #Crosscause #IrishCharity #AidForUkraine
