NOW HIRING: Residential HVAC Service Technician The Air Squad, LLC | Palm Beach County, FL 💰 Pay & Compensation $25-$30/hour based on experience Plus performance-based commission on revenue sold Overtime pay after 40 hours ✅ Benefits • Full-time, year-round employment • Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • No work after 8:00 PM • At least one weekend day off every week • Company service truck with take-home privileges after initial period • Company uniforms • Paid training • Paid holidays • On-call rotation shared among the team • Palm Beach County service area only — no long drives 🔧 What We're Looking For • Minimum 3 years residential HVAC service experience • EPA certification • Strong electrical diagnostic ability • Knowledge of airflow and system performance • Familiarity with inverter and communicating equipment • Complete set of professional service tools • Clean driving record • Able to meet drug- and alcohol-free workplace standards 🏢 About The Air Squad We're independent, not private equity, and not for sale.
