House renovation project 2025 made it. Thank you so much Mr. Dr Thilo Walter & Emma family for your aid to these projects, it is an extremely remote Sherpa village called Hill village at 2370m altitude my birthplace. The village inhabitants are Sherpa, and Magar they are involved only in trekking porters. So far, basic school, clinic, no road access, no internet service no electricity line even if the weather gets bad mobile signal is not working. The problems facing decades like living in the cow and yak shelter, no bed, sleep on the ground floor without wood ground floor, use plastic for windows, house roof covered bamboo sheet and licking water.. etc huge problems during winter and summer time. We @altitude_expeditions and myself decided to help village people's living conditions after our trekking and climbing season is over. We contribute 25% revenue that we earn from our trekking and expedition. We have been doing this since 2020, so far we have completed 7 new houses , 6 houses glass window support ,5 houses woods ground flooring, 3 houses ply on the ceiling wall to protect from cold and 3 houses zing covered and blanket and mattress helps are done and food relief during covid 19 too, contribute school stationery and school fees and asthma treatment support and some other health sectors support also done. This first video from this season project, due to remote areas all these materials bought in Kathmandu then transport 2 days by truck and additional 5-6 hrs local transport and carried by Porter 4-5 hrs to get to our village. Second photos mother and son means: very very poor, her husband died 3 years before from cancer, at the moment for them it is very hard to get money and difficult to buy food items in daily life. It's such a hard life without a husband and money. She asked me to help with ground flooring woods and beds, they sleep on the ground floor without a bed, both are often sick from the cold, also they don't have enough clothes to wear. Therefore, my Instagram friend please let's aid this mother & son house (wood ground flooring, bed, blanket, mattress, some rice, salt & sugar with noodles). Drop me a message for the donate🙏
