The CBA Prep Academy is designed for 9U–12U athletes who want high-level basketball development while balancing other sports and family commitments. As an alternative to our traditional CBA Club Teams, the Prep Academy provides elite instruction, basketball IQ development, and competitive game experience—all with greater flexibility. 📅 Program Dates: April 19 – June 11 What’s Included: ✅ 2 Weekly Skill Development Sessions ✅ 1 Weekly Mandatory CBA Way Team Practice ✅ 3 Tournament Weekends (Choose from 5 available options) ✅ Shooting Cage Membership at Gateway Sports Academy (2x per week) ✅ Summer Academy Sessions ✅ Speed & Agility Training ✅ Summer Open Gyms Our Friday CBA-Way Team Practices are what separate this program from traditional skills training. Athletes will learn our offensive and defensive philosophies while developing basketball IQ through team concepts, spacing, ball movement, defensive principles, communication, out-of-bounds plays, game situations, and our signature toughness and culture drills. The Prep Academy is a great option for multi-sport athletes, families with multiple children, or players looking for a flexible alternative to a full club season without sacrificing development. ⚠️ Enrollment is limited to just 20 athletes per grade.
