These Sweet and Spicy Gochujang Glazed Mini Wontons with 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗼™ 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀 are an easy game day bite tossed in a bold, sweet, and spicy gochujang glaze. 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 4 tbsp 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗼™ 𝗚𝗼𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘁 & 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 • 4 tbsp ketchup • ¼ cup honey • 1 tsp sesame oil • 3 tbsp brown sugar • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1 tsp ginger, grated • 34 to 38 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗼™ 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀 • ¼ cup peanuts, chopped • 1 to 2 scallions, sliced, optional 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 1. In a small saucepan, whisk together 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗼™ 𝗚𝗼𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘁 & 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. 2. Heat over medium high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside. 3. Pan fry 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗼™ 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀 according to package directions. 4. Add cooked wontons to a large bowl with sauce and toss to coat. 5. Garnish with chopped peanuts and scallions, if using, and serve immediately.
