OUR DOORS ARE OPEN. Today is a day I’ll never forget. After years of dreaming, planning, planting, harvesting and building, we’ve officially opened the doors to the Ionian Gold Flagship Store & Headquarters here in Lixouri, Kefalonia. This isn’t just a shop. It’s the home of Ionian Gold. It’s a place to discover the incredible flavours of our island and the people behind them. Extra virgin olive oil will always be at the heart of what we do, but around it we’ve brought together everything we love about Kefalonia. Fruit and vegetables from our land, beautiful local wines, honey, herbs, tsipouro and a carefully curated collection of produce from neighbouring farms and artisans. Every product on our shelves has a story, and every producer has become part of ours. Looking around the shop today, it’s hard to believe this all started with a simple idea: to share the place my family has called home for generations. To everyone who has supported us along the way, thank you. Whether you’ve bought a bottle, visited one of our tastings, shared our story or simply believed in what we’re building, you’ve helped make this possible.
