2026 MOONCAKE LAUNCH EVENT: A LOOK BACK Cuối tuần vừa qua, tại Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel đã diễn ra thành công sự kiện ra mắt BST Bánh Trung Thu 2026: “Thu Nguyệt Du Hành”. Trong không gian ấm cúng tại Nhà hàng Hoa Hạ, các khách mời đã có dịp tự tay trải nghiệm workshop làm bánh Trung thu dưới sự hướng dẫn tỉ mỉ của Bếp trưởng Willis Phua Chai Leong. Từ nặn bánh, tạo khuôn đến khi những chiếc bánh được nướng vàng và hoàn thiện trong từng hộp quà, mỗi chiếc bánh đều mang một dấu ấn riêng, và hơn hết – chứa đựng niềm vui khi làm bánh của mỗi vị khách. Sự kiện càng thêm trọn vẹn với sự đồng hành của Nghệ nhân văn hóa Trà Việt Nam – Đào Đức Hiếu, người sáng lập thương hiệu Trà Shan Tuyết Cổ Thụ danh tiếng. Tại đây, khách mời vừa có dịp nhâm nhi 4 hương vị bánh đặc trưng trong BST Thu Nguyệt Du Hành, vừa được thưởng thức những chén trà thượng hạng. Set against the warm and intimate setting of Red Flowers Pavilion, guests slowed down and enjoyed a hands-on mooncake making workshop, guided by our Executive Chinese Chef Willis Phua Chai Leong. From shaping, molding to watching their creations freshly baked and beautifully packed, every step offered a closer look at the artistry and tradition behind this timeless festive delicacy. The journey continued over four signature mooncake flavors, paired with exquisite teas by Vietnamese Tea Culture Artisan Dao Duc Hieu, founder of the renowned Ancient Snow Shan Tea brand. A leisurely pairing that brought together the delicate flavors of mooncakes, the distinctive character of fine tea and the joy of good company.
