Your calendar is holding you back. Not your workload. Not your team. Not your ability. Your calendar. I've reviewed hundreds of executive calendars. Different industries. Different companies. Different personalities. But the pattern is almost always the same. Back-to-back meetings. No white space to think. No time blocked for your priorities or recovery. And after a while, the calendar is running you. The frustrating part is that most leaders I work with assume this is simply the price of success. It isn't. Imagine finishing work at 6 instead of 9. Being fully present with your family instead of mentally replaying the day. Doing your best thinking and work during the day, rather than at 11pm when the house is quiet and you're running on fumes. Looking at your calendar and seeing your priorities instead of everyone else's. This isn't better time management. It's a different operating system. I've refined this operating system over more than 30 years of executive coaching, applying it with senior leaders at Google, Deloitte, Heathrow and Burberry. My private coaching clients invest $5,000 an hour to work through this exact framework with me. Today, you can access the entire system inside Leader's Edge for just $47. It's completely self-paced, includes lifetime access, and comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't genuinely change the way you lead, you'll get every penny back. Your calendar has taken control. It's time to take it back.
