Balai Kubo is a big nipa house situated in West Talaongan Cavinti Laguna (Lake Caliraya) Our Balai is divided into 4 big rooms with a veranda overlooking Lake Caliraya. It is only 2.5 to 3 hour drive from Manila via SLEX or via Rizal. Each room can accommodate 4 to 6 (max) persons. Two big rooms in the ground floor and 2 big rooms in the second floor. But for big groups, connecting rooms are possible. Or you can rent the entire Balai (4rooms) for exclusive use for bigger events. Our nipa house is right in front of Lake Caliraya, so no need to walk for minutes going to the water. No need to ride a boat going to Balai, parking space is available. Weather is cool and breezy so aircondition is not needed. Electric fans are provided in each room and veranda. ☝️☝️We can close the whole Balai Kubo for bigger group exclusive just for you. Including the 5th Overflow Room, which can accommodate 5 more persons, the whole resort can be up to max of 25 persons. ⏰ Standard Check in - 2pm ⏰ Standard Check out - 12nn (next day) ⏱⏱Early check in & or late check out maybe requested but with an additional charge of P1000 per hour.
