Week 1 – 10th September: Quieten your overactive mind Week 2 – 17th September: Let go and live Week 3 – 24th September: Find peace in the face of uncertainty Week 4 – 1st October: Find refuge from the storm Week 5 – 8th October: Develop mental freedom The teacher The teacher of this class is Kelsang Lhasang. She is a Kadampa Buddhist nun, ordained in 2016. She has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism and meditation since 2009.
