Recipe below! #comfortfood #greenridge #greenridgenaturals #macncheese #easyrecipes #recipeideas #hamburgerhelper INGREDIENTS - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 package Greenridge Jalapeno & Cheddar Sausages, roughly chopped - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp each salt and pepper - 2 cups beef bone broth - 8 oz dried pasta shells - 1 - 15 oz can tomato sauce - 8 oz (about 2 cups) sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded - ½ cup half & half - Freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley, for topping. INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a large deep skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sausages. Cook for 5-7 minutes until sausages start to brown. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook for another minute. 2. Pour in 2 cups beef bone broth, dried pasta shells and the 15 oz can tomato sauce. Cover and cook until shells are tender and the sauce is thickened, 8-10 min. 3. Remove from heat and stir in half & half and the shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy and delicious. Serve with some additional parmesan and fresh parsley if desired.
