I am on Zepbound and I only lose about 1.5 pounds a week now. I’m a bit sensitive to the side effects. I noticed that when I went up my dose, my hair started falling out literally the next week and it has steadily increased to losing this much every day. I eat about 1300 to 1500 cal a day. I’m 45 and have a knee injury so I do not move a lot but have been trying to walk twice a week for 20 minutes and I will increase it to three or four times a week when it’s nice or outside. And a vegetarian so getting protein has always been a bit difficult and that might be an area. I have to really work on. Is this normal? Anybody else? Should I be freaking out more than I am? 🤜Update- Thank you everyone for sharing your experiences! After doing a ton of research, I decided to get the Hair Revive supplement from balmbare.com, they seem to be specifically formulated for GLP-1 hair loss which is exactly what I needed. One of my friend reached out after seeing my post and her shredding stopped after taking them for 3 months so being hopeful about these As a vegetarian, I'm really going to double down on my protein intake too, I know that's been my weak spot. Staying at my current dose for now since going up seemed to trigger the worst shedding.
