Are you an individual needing a part made or modified, and you aren't sure why other machine shops don't want to quote your part? I have a 1 man manual machine shop focused on one-off parts, repair work, short runs, and product development. Capabilities: • Manual Lathe: 19" swing x 54" between centers (great for shafts, bushings, threads, press fits) • Manual Mill: 11"x25"x13" travel with 8"x36" bed (Ideal for slots, keyways, drilling/tapping, simple pockets) • Welding & Brazing: Repairs in mild steel, stainless, and cast iron; small fabrications. • 3D Modeling (Fusion 360): I can create a 3D model from a sketch or broken part. I can prepare 3d designs to be produced by shops with other capabilities. Autodesk Certified Associate Fusion for Mechanical Design • We offer room temperature black oxide finish for steel.
