So thankful! 💃🏾💃🏾 Here's what one of our students shared on our platform last weekend! A $31k AirBnB booking. Net of $27k 🥳 She and her husband both work full time but they've been able to do 3 different deals within a year. 1st deal was a fix and flip - they had zero clue going in and were very hesitant that they would have the time or resource to do anything real estate. 2nd deal was a duplex rental property. 3rd property a rental as well, all making monthly income for them, even in their sleep! Looking at their goal, they may get to financial freedom in their 2nd year 🙌🏻 How did they do this? They used the BRRRR strategy which means any money they put into the property (which they didn't have to put in out of pocket) will come back to them within the year (with profit from equity). I'll explain BRRRR in a very simple way in another post (I always break it down 🥰). - You can do this if you work full time (All our students do), - You can do this without any experience. - You can do this if you’re broke. - You can do this without needing any real estate license. - You can do this if you have another business. Wasting time is not fair on you. It's like depleting your income every single year.
