The Lark is different on purpose! We designed everything on the lark with intention. Thin straps with foam didn’t give us the weight distribution we loved from wraps and ring slings (plus foam is hot 🥵). Apron style, because thicker waistbands cut into certain bodies (plus again, hotter 😅). And of course, natural fibers (can you guess why? 🤣). The Lark Baby Carrier was a collective effort of many years of babywearing experience, listening to what people wanted, and pouring our hearts into a design that would work for as many bodies as possible (cue two sizes 🥰).
