Role Overview As a Motion Graphics Designer/3D Animator/Video Editor at EBS, you will play a key role in transforming academic concepts into visually engaging, easy-to-understand animated content for our learners across various programmes. Key Responsibilities ● Create educational 3D animated videos, explainer videos, and interactive learning content aligned with academic objectives ● Develop visual storytelling for courses, presentations, learning modules, and digital classrooms ● Support video editing, motion graphics, transitions, and basic post-production work ● Collaborate with academic teams, instructional designers, and marketing to convert curriculum content into engaging visuals ● Design animations for learning platforms (LMS), internal trainings, and student engagement initiatives ● Ensure content is learner-friendly, concept-driven, and pedagogically effective ● Maintain consistency with EBS brand guidelines and visual standards ● Adapt animations for multiple formats such as online courses, campaigns, social media, ad specific, webinars, and promotional materials What We’re Looking For ● Minimum of 4 years experience ● Strong interest in EdTech, education, and digital learning ● Working knowledge of 3D animation tools aligned with the recent trends. ● Skills in video editing and basic motion graphics ● Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging visuals ● Expertise to convert long-form content into exciting and engaging 3D videos ● Potential to repurpose content and make it eye-captivating ● Creative, thoughtful, unique, inspirational, and minimalist designs that stand in line with edtech platforms. ● A collaborative mindset with attention to detail ● Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within an academic environment Note: This role does not require experience in film production, gaming, or cinematic VFX.
