Every certification I took gave me definitions... Then I got in the gym with real athletes and realized I had no clue what I was actually doing. I knew reps and sets. But speed? Plyos? Agility? How to program it, how to progress it, how to get it to actually transfer? Nobody taught me that. That's the gap Performance Coach U closes. Not theory - a system for developing athletes that you can run Monday morning. 14 modules, 160 video lessons, 75 worksheets, 50+ training programs you can plug and play into your business, weekly live Q&A’s, private coaching community… All the systems I’ve used to build my own business and to develop over 500 coaches into the best performance coach in their area If you’re a coach, and you want to get into coaching athletes, but you don’t have the skills, knowledge, or expertise to confidently train elite athletes and improve their performance over the long term NOT just off season… Click the link to learn more about the Performance Coach U certification
