Apple Gadgets is looking for “Client Relationship Officer” for our Apple Gadgets Care. Job Details: Position: Client Relationship Officer Vacancy: 05 Job Location: Jamuna Future Park/Bashundhara City Salary: up to 25000 tk per month Experience Requirements: At least 1 to 2 years in the relevant position. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional and efficient first impression. Handle all customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously. • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and repair timelines. • Proper handling of Clients who are coming to take service and Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. • Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure smooth communication and service delivery Address customer issues and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel. • Assist with marketing efforts such as distributing promotional materials, updating social media, and managing customer loyalty programs. • Accurately enter customer information, service details, and other relevant data into the system. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and services provided. • Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner. • Familiar with the use of MS office Application Bengali/ English letter drafting and documents scanning. 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Should be well groomed, smart and proactive & have the ability to work in a team environment. • Proven experience as Front Desk Executive • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office) and basic knowledge of CRM systems. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
