This is a Full-Time role (37.5 hrs/week) with starting pay between $24.00 - $29.00/hr (based on experience/education). The Role: As an LSW, you aren't just a support worker; you are a bridge to independence. You will work 1-on-1 with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges. Your days will be spent in the community and in client homes teaching essential skills, from meal prep and money management to navigating public spaces and self-advocacy.
