And right now, we’re looking for a skilled Paint Tech who takes pride in doing clean, quality work. ✅ HERE’S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR PAINT TECHS: - $40K–$80K/year - Simple IRA - Health reimbursement - Dental and vision - Company-paid short-term disability - Life insurance - No weekends - Optional overtime - 1 week vacation after 90 days - Paid holidays after 1 year SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE: - 2+ years of experience in automotive, heavy-duty, or industrial painting - Ability to produce a clean, quality finish - Comfort working on a mix of jobs - Able to follow a production schedule and hit deadlines - Experience with teardown, prep, masking, painting, and reassembly - Team player - Takes pride in your work - Shows up consistently - Valid driver’s license READY TO JOIN A SHOP WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY ENJOY THE WORK AGAIN?
