Where confidence begins and futures shift. 🧡 The iF SOCIAL IMPACT PRIZE 2025 celebrates EmpowerHer, a holistic coaching and empowerment program supporting vulnerable young pregnant women and mothers in Kibera, Nairobi. Through group and individual coaching, the women learn to identify their talents, define their goals and build the confidence to pursue them. Training in business skills, personal finance and work-related soft skills opens pathways to independence. The programme aims to break cycles of poverty by combining emotional support, skill-building and sustainable routes toward long-term impact for young mothers, their families and their communities. Guided with compassion and determination, EmpowerHer shows what becomes possible when women are supported, trusted and encouraged to lead their own empowerment.
