Leave your mark on Shelby County history. The Shelby County Historical Society, Inc. is offering engraved bricks at the entrance of the historic 1854 Shelby County Courthouse in Columbiana, home of the Shelby County Museum & Archives. For $100, you can sponsor a brick with up to three lines of engraving. Honor a loved one, recognize a veteran or teacher, celebrate your family name or business, or simply support the Historical Society. Funds help support preservation, genealogy assistance, educational programs, and care of the historic courthouse. Bricks are already installed and will be engraved after the conclusion of the capital campaign. Because of the strong response, our goal has increased to 200 engraved bricks. Help us reach our target. Order online at shelbycountyhistory.com/brick-fundraiser or stop by the museum for a paper form.
