Give your child a head start in both physical and emotional development at our Kids MMA Vacation Camp in Keene! This fun and engaging camp is designed to help kids build confidence, focus, coordination, and body awareness in a supportive and inclusive environment. Whether your child is shy, full of energy, or somewhere in between, our camp helps children develop essential life skills through movement, structure, and play. No martial arts experience is required — just a willingness to learn and have fun. Campers will explore a wide variety of martial arts disciplines, including: • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) • Boxing • Kickboxing • Karate • Muay Thai • Taekwondo • Wrestling • Judo • Yoga • Strength & mobility training Each day begins and ends with calming mindfulness sessions to help campers build emotional regulation, focus, and self-control. Throughout the week, campers will also participate in age-appropriate discussions about: • Handling peer pressure and bullying • Using martial arts responsibly for self-defense • Martial arts history and traditions • Respect, discipline, and personal growth Camp Details: 📅 April 27 - May 1 ⏰ 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily What to Bring: • A gi (uniform), boxing gloves, and mouth guard (bring your own or purchase through us) • Water bottle, lunch, and afternoon snack • Comfortable clothing and a positive attitude We believe camp is a shared experience — parents are always welcome to observe, engage, and cheer their kids on throughout the week. Spots are limited, so register early to reserve your child’s place!
