"My mat and pillow arrived today. Incredible experience, my tired body has felt much better after 20 mins on the mat. My legs are relaxed and my neck tension has greatly improved after using the pillow while lying watching TV... My husband is currently lying on the mat for the 1st time (Fine muslin between spikes and skin) after a long day at work...
