For the first time in over a decade, Master Bruce Frantzis returns to teach advanced Spiraling Energy Body Qigong in a rare three-week intensive, paired with a foundational week of Opening the Energy Gates Qigong. This six-day intensive teaches you to work with the body’s descending current of energy while you learn to: • Unify your structure • Internalize Daoist Longevity Breathing • Build focused, steady internal awareness • Open your energetic matrix and dissolve blockages • Locate, open, and boost the energy gates of your body This week stands alone as a complete training, and prepares you perfectly for what follows. Weeks 2 & 3: Spiraling Energy Body Qigong Where Energy Gates draws energy downward through the water element, Spiraling Energy Body harnesses the rising current. This is fire. Rooted in classical Daoist neigong, this two-week intensive builds directly on Energy Gates and takes your practice to a new level. You’ll learn to: • Safely direct the upward flow of energy through your body • Move qi along the body’s spiraling pathways • Neutralize and transform unhealthy internal qi and negative environmental energy • Project energy to any part of the body at will • Work with the core energy channels and dantiens • Integrate spiraling energetics across standing postures and form work Senior Instructors Craig Barnes, Paul Cavel, and Bill Ryan - each with 30+ years of Water Method teaching experience - will assist throughout all three weeks.
