We acknowledge the fact that no one will book a Trip and cancel without a valid reason, but due to company logistics and administration, rules will be applied accordingly. 1. 2 Months in advance 75% of Total amount refundable 2. 1 Months in advance 50% of Total amount refundable 3. 2 weeks before trip 25% refundable 4. Less than 2 week 10% refundable.. 5. Cancellation due to funeral or Medical Condition with proof 90% refundable *Minimum Deposit per trip must be paid to secure a Spot, Monthly installments are allowed with minimum R100.* *Children over 3 years pay full price* Pandora reserves a right to cancel any trip due to the following: 1. Anyone travelling with a minor must ensure their safety at all times, Pandora Mooves does not have any divers, so everyone is advices to be cautious of deep water in Swimming pools and Beaches. Everyone is responsible for their Alcohol habits, we do not take any responsibility for anything that might happen to a Drunk person whether be public drinking or in violation of any rules. Pandora Mooves does not promote violence, so any challenges with cotraveller must be reported to the driver or the Tour Guide. All trips are planned, Itemerary is planned in a timely way that must be adhered to at all times, those wishing to overstay at certain places will be advised to use alternative transport to catch up. Example, when we go to Kwa Max in Durban, we leave at 12am to allow our drivers to rest, now if anyone wishes to stay behind, they will be advised to use Ehailing or Local taxis to return to Hotel. Pandora Mooves can not guarantee their safety at this point. For trips including breakfast, Breakfast is served between 7am and 10am, if one decides to skip breakfast or they are late, property rules will apply.
