Turnkey Opportunity Illness Forces Sale- Yuck! Disgusting! Who would want to do this? Could $120-$160+/hour persuade you? 15 hours/week ONLY DOING trash cans with my unique marketing system (that makes absolute sense) can net you $90-120k/year. Subcontract out the driveway pressure washing business for additional income. Satellite imaging gives dimensions of driveways and sidewalks so that you can give pricing without seeing the client. Mark it up 7-8 cents per square foot and make an additional $30-40 on an average job. No employees No franchise fees No need to see clients- all online with website. No need to pay for location rent. Unit fits in home garage. New Florida Statute 559.955 requires all counties to allow home based business as long as there are no displays or product out front with limited traffic, odors, or noise. The trailer is completely self-contained, and environmentally friendly- no need to hookup client's hose as you carry your own hot water or make a mess as wastewater leaves with you. The trailer has a 5'x11' footprint which leaves lots of space on all sides in a single bay home garage. It weighs less than 600 lbs. loaded with water... enough to do 20+ cans. It is super easily maneuvered around by one person with the included trailer dolly. You don't even have to back it up with the tow vehicle if you don't want! It can be towed by anything bigger than a Mazda Miata. The reason for the big price reduction is that it originally included the tow vehicle, and it had "sold" the next day 7 weeks ago and I finally gave up on the "buyer" as they never could come up with all of the money. It is an all-electric system... no gas, fumes, or fuss. It's much quieter with far less maintenance. A very nice Ford Focus is available that is set up with a 3,000 watt inverter with remote control, hitch, lights etc. to run it, or you can easily convert it back to gasoline. Costs per can including chemicals, routing software (for efficiency), credit card fees, vehicle and equipment maintenance come to about $4.25 per first can, and about $1.50 for each additional can at same location. The cost of marketing has yet to be determined as I broke my heel and contracted Long Covid (chronic fatigue) right after completion of the unit. Everything is brand new except the 55-gallon water drum. Check out "Clean Cans of Kingswood" on YouTube for the inspiration of the system, but I believe mine is more convenient and easier to use. I've been an entrepreneur since 12 years old (now 68). Over the years I've owned convenience stores, a superette, and a pizza and sub shop. I truly believe that this is the best opportunity for the very least investment and headache that I have ever seen. 5-10 minutes of actual work nets $40 or more. Don't spend $30 - 150,000. PLUS the franchise fees for a trailer or truck setup when this does the same for a small fraction. It's nice to have the hydraulic lift, but that's me at 68 years old in the video loading it without any stress. I've been hoping to recover, but it looks like that it's not happening. I really want to see someone make a success of it. Still not convinced? Check out cleancans.com in Winter Garden with 972 google 5 star reviews. You can drive by Bubble Binz in Longwood located at 1225 Bennet Dr. units 144-146 between 9-9:30 a.m. and see their 4 brand new, beautiful big Isuzu trucks... I'm guessing it's at least a $10-12k nut per month before washing the first can. That doesn't count labor- your biggest expense. They have 572, 5 star google reviews. Both are fairly new businesses. Short on cash? With reasonable credit a $5k personal loan (SoFi etc.) would cost about $169/month for 3 years. Funds would be deposited in your account in 24 hours or less. This would be your only overhead besides webpage management. Scale it up, or just make a great living and go fishing or golfing part of every day like I had intended. Reach out for a demo!
