Requirements • Good command of spoken and written English as well as Myanmar language • Confident and polite when talking to students and their parents, both in person and on the phone • Friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to assist students and parents with queries • Proactive to conduct own initiative and research best study options for students • Good at using the Internet, Microsoft Office and Google Drive • Self-motivated, energetic, and focused on meeting monthly enrollment goals Salary & Incentives • Salary and Commissions • Bonus and Rewards for high performance • Provide trainings for further career and personal development 🟢 Position B: 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞 - (𝟐 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬) Key Responsibilities • Learn the step-by-step process of student advising by shadowing senior consultants and gradually taking on independent student profiles for basic program selections. • Support the team by managing initial front-line inquiries via phone, messaging apps, and social media pages, ensuring prompt and polite initial responses. • Actively study and stay updated on partner university programs, admission processes, and country-specific student visa requirements as part of the structured training framework. Requirements • No prior experiences required • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Myanmar language • Good at using the Internet, Microsoft Office and Google Drive • Friendly, polite, and genuinely passionate about helping students • Proactive learner and ready to take the initiative to research the best study abroad options for parents and students Salary • Salary • Provide trainings for further career and personal development
