Our goal for 2026 is simple—serve our customers better. We don’t believe in being booked out a month or more. While that might be comfortable from a business standpoint, it doesn’t help folks who need service now. We hear it all the time—people calling around and being told they’ll have to wait weeks just to get their septic pumped. That’s not how we want to operate. Our goal this year is to get customers taken care of within 7 days or less. We can’t promise we’ll hit that every single time, but we’re going to do everything we can to make it happen.
