MASTER THE MOVE is based on this key insight. Learning to develop your arsenal of favorite moves is the most important phase of developing your offensive game. My students have gotten great results with arm drags in top level competition. We have a quite different approach to arm drags both on the ground and standing that complements very well the more classical approaches.
