RV CAMPING FOOD from our recent trip in a new 2026 Coachmen RV Clipper 3K series 17BH loaned to us from @CanadianCamper_ RV Centre! 🙌🏻 (gifted RV rental) Out at Wabamun Lake Provincial Park Campground (located less than an hour west of Edmonton), we made the following: 🍳 Ham, cheese & egg croissants (our fav easy camp breakfast). 🍤 Vietnamese vermicelli bowls with lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, basil leaves, and your choice of protein toppings! We chose spring rolls, pork balls, shrimp and more grilled pork. 🌭 A camp classic: hot dogs and smokies. 🥙 We also usually bring pre-made meals to just heat up for ease. For this trip our friends at @acappellacatering gifted us their Beef Roualden Take & Bake meal, flavourful, filling, and so much quantity we had leftovers (which I love). 🍲 I always try to have one standout meal of a camp trip, which this time was a Bún Bò Huế Vietnamese beef and pork, spicy lemongrass noodle soup from my parents restaurant @kingnoodlehouse. I love how big the camper fridge is! It makes planning and storing meals stress free. Generally that’s a big reason I wanted to find us a used RV a few years ago, for the bigger camp food storage lol. A few other fun things about this RV: I love the smooth retracting awning. There’s a cool water cup washing station. There’s plenty of storage room for snacks we need with our growing toddler. And a built-in leash clip for pets!
