Our next Intro to Throwing intensive takes place 6th-10th July with the wonderful @ritual_vessels This course offers a hands-on introduction to wheel throwing, guiding you through the core techniques needed to get started with clay. You’ll learn how to centre, open and shape forms on the wheel, building confidence through practice and repetition. Alongside demonstrations and guided support, we’ll introduce simple approaches to tools and workflow, helping you develop control, coordination and an understanding of form. By the end of the course, you’ll have created a series of pieces and gained a solid foundation to continue exploring ceramics.
