ilmifyTech Agency is 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – Upwork Sales Experts 📍 Location: ilmifyTech Agency, Holding No: 117, Ahmed Shorkar Road, Trishal 2220 🕓 Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site Desk Job) 💼 Vacancy: 05 ✅ 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Manage and optimize Upwork sales outreach, proposals, and client follow-ups. • Research and identify high-potential clients/projects aligned with our services. • Craft compelling proposals that convert leads into paying clients. • Maintain a strong client pipeline and track sales activities for reporting. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business. • Analyze Upwork market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. • Collaborate with the internal team to align client expectations and service delivery. • Create strong team on upwork and train other team member for being better on upwork ✅ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Proven experience as a sales executive on Upwork, with verifiable success in closing projects. • Strong understanding of Upwork platform, including proposals, profile optimization, and bidding strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English fluency. • Ability to research, identify, and approach high-value clients effectively. • Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Experience in IT/services sales preferred, but other relevant sales experience will be considered. ⭕ Salary: 30k+ (based on experience).
