We are looking for a project-minded intern to help us as we branch out into new audiences and new product ideas. This internship is not just extra hands – it's also a way for us to discover people with the potential to lead future projects. About us We are a New York–based company with our own ceramic factory in China. We design and produce our own ceramic products, and we mainly sell online. Our focus is on creating high‑quality, self‑designed pieces and bringing them directly to customers through digital channels. We are now branching out to new audiences and developing new product directions, and we're looking for interns who are excited to help us plan, test and learn from new ideas. This could be for you if: • You're a current student or recent graduate • You can commit 10–20 hours per week (part-time, work-from-home) • You're organized and goal-oriented – you like turning a big goal into clear steps and timelines • You get energized by new projects (new audiences, new product ideas, experiments) instead of just repeating the same task • You're comfortable using online tools (Google Docs/Sheets, basic task or project tools, email/chat) • You have good written English and can give simple, clear updates • You've done something beyond classes, for example: - helped organize a school/org event - ran or helped with a small online shop or side hustle - freelanced (design, writing, social media, tutoring, etc.) - created content (TikTok, IG page, YouTube, blog, etc.) Details: • Paid work-from-home, part-time internship • Starts from 3 USD/hour • Focus on planning, organizing and helping lead new initiatives as we expand If this sounds like you and "project lead" type work excites you, tap Apply Now and tell us why you'd be a great fit.
