These Cucumber Wonton Bites with 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗼™ 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀 are a fresh, easy game day snack with crisp cucumber slices, cream cheese, cilantro, and a savory wonton bite. 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 • 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated • ½ tsp chili paste • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 16 to 18 cucumber slices • ¼ cup cilantro, roughly chopped • 16 to 18 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗼™ 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 1. Stir together softened cream cheese with garlic, ginger, chili paste, and soy sauce until combined. Set aside. 2. Pan fry 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗼™ 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀 according to package directions. 3. Prepare the bites by spreading approximately ½ to 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber round, sprinkle with cilantro, and top with a 𝗯𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗼™ 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻. Serve immediately.
