Namaste wonder of nature, yes YOU! Worldwide and in person womens and mixed gender circles as well as somatic coaching and training have brought me to the freedom that lies in my sovereignty, my own inner truths, and it can do the same for you. Within it lies deep connection, but also the full celebration of your own uniqueness as well. We have the power to support and nurture both. I call myself in to my heart and then move outwardly, down and up at the same time, for groundedness and light, then all around for connection with all that is. With this I somatically release and express the sounds, words, motions and visualizations that come from within. I feel into connection to create connection. My personal belief is that we need to stop clouding our vision by looking outside of ourselves and all over the place for answers, and over complicating everything.  We have become so dissociated from being within ourselves, through centuries of conditioning, that we need to consciously practice quietude, self reflection, expression, and learn nervous sustem wellness. We have to break the old cycles that keep us stuck, triggered and running around over the same old ground.  Everything is inside, and in the practices that bring us back into the body, and in order to attain peace and freedom we have to dive in there and release the things that are holding us back, and continuously. And when the clouds clear, light, enough light to fly freely and safely. This is not a new thought. It’s an inner knowing that people in power condition us not to accept. Since the beginning of time people in power have forced humans to separate from themselves, their light, their knowing and their freedoms, and to perpetuate this ourselves. It’s time to break the intergenerational patterns of this trauma and breathe in the path to peace. The idea that the spiritual plane is internal is a concept found in many spiritual and philosophical traditions, which describes it as a state of consciousness, a higher level of awareness, or an inner realm of being rather than an external physical location. It is often seen as a place of enlightenment, truth, and freedom that can be experienced through inner work, meditation, or a deep state of awareness, where one can find ultimate peace and oneness. Internal experience A state of consciousness: The spiritual plane is considered an inner state of existence, achievable through changes in consciousness, rather than a distant, external world. Beyond the material: It is described as a realm that transcends material concerns and can be realized through internal processes like meditation, contemplation, and spiritual discipline. Realizing unity: Many traditions say that on the spiritual plane, the illusion of the self is dissolved, and one experiences a profound sense of unity with all that exists. Traditions and concepts Vedanta: In this tradition, the spiritual plane emphasizes a unified self that is beyond all physical distinctions. Buddhism: The Nirvanic plane is a state of liberation where individual consciousness merges with the divine source. Theosophy: The "Buddhic plane" is described as the world of spiritual love and intuition, where one can cast off the delusion of the self and achieve a realization of unity. Islamic Mysticism: Some traditions refer to an internal spiritual realm that exists at different levels of awareness and knowledge about Allah. Experiencing the spiritual plane Inner journey: The journey to this plane is considered an inward one, a process of spiritual evolution that is not bound by the usual limitations of time and space. Self-realization: It is a process of self-realization where one finds a peaceful and stable self that is not dependent on external circumstances. Ultimate goal: It is the ultimate goal of many spiritual paths, representing the highest state of being and a direct experience of ultimate reality.
