"1) Get out of the house, even if its to work from a cafe. There's 0% you'll meet new friends on your couch. The more time you spent out in the real world, the larger your luck surface area. 2) Become a regular somewhere, whether its a cafe or a social club like @realrootsgals. When you see the same people over and over again, relationships build. 3) Stop scrolling when you're out. Having your face in your phone blocks people from coming up to you to say hi becase you look ""occupied."" So instead of instinctively pulling out your phone when you're alone, try people watching instead, and mentally sending each person you see a compliment. It'll prime you for connection. 4) Always ask a follow-up question, so you get to know people on a deeper level. Not just ""Where are you from?"" but also ""What was it like growing up there?"" It's not nosey when you ask with a smile. 5) Try meeting women who are new to the city. They are probably looking for friends, just like you. 6) Join a new kind of social club called RealRoots, where you'll get to see the same women over and over again and there's no small talk. They do all the work for you so that friendship is guaranteed."
