🚨 **WE’RE HIRING: CREATIVE MANAGER – DIRECT RESPONSE** Connect Call Partners is looking for an experienced Creative Manager who understands social media, direct-response marketing, copywriting, and AI-powered content creation. This is a **full-time, long-term remote position**. **What we’re looking for:** ✅ Native-level spoken and written English ✅ Strong understanding of social media trends and scroll-stopping content ✅ Experience creating direct-response ads that generate measurable results ✅ Excellent copywriting skills and a strong understanding of hooks, angles, structure, and CTAs ✅ Experience using modern AI creative tools ✅ Strong knowledge of Seedance, AI video generation, and image-generation prompting ✅ Ability to analyze CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and overall creative performance ✅ Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple creative projects **What you’ll be doing:** You’ll develop advertising angles, write scripts and copy, create AI prompts, review performance, and improve creatives based on campaign data.
