We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic in Santa Rosa, CA to join our team at Groome Transportation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of diesel vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing reliable transportation services. Full Time Position with On-call Schedule Starting Pay $43/hr + included benefits! Key Duties: • Maintain shuttle vehicles to OEM standards • Use Fleetio & diagnostic tools (Cummins Insite, Ford IDS, OBD2) • Handle DVIRs, tire work, part intake, and emergency calls • Support the operation of the campus shuttle and/or airport shuttle maintenance services Requirements: ✅ Valid license (CDL w/ P preferred or within 90 days) ✅ 2+ years’ mechanic experience & ASE/trade school ✅ Lift 50 lbs., pass drug/physical/background checks ✅ Knowledge of diesel, brakes, HVAC, suspension, etc. 🛠️ Join the Groome Team and Apply Today!
