You’ve probably seen teachers talk about feeling like school still has hold of them long after the day ends. But if you’re going to pay for something — even $9 — it should be clear what you are actually getting. So if your biggest question has been, “What do I actually get?” So here’s the short version. The 3-Day Teacher My-Time-Back Reset is not a mystery box, and it is not another vague wellbeing tip. It is a short, practical reset to help you create a small protection line between school and the rest of your evening. Inside, you get: - a simple 3-day guided protection plan - a quick after-school check-in to notice what school is still taking from you - the 5-Minute Teacher Transition - prompts to help you decide what stays at school for now - a simple tool to “park tomorrow” so your evening is not still being run by unfinished school thoughts - a prompt to choose the one minimum task that actually matters tonight - ready-made shutdown scripts - a personal transition cue that customised & sounds like you - daily pages so you know exactly what to do without turning this into another task mountain - cheklists and reflection points so you can notice your small protwction wins The goal is not to pretend the system is fine. And it is not to “fix” teachers. It is to help create a clearer protection point after school, so your evening has more chance of feeling like yours again. It’s $9 with instant access, and there’s also a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee.
