Gracie Bullyproof is coming to Lakewood Jiu-Jitsu Academy! Little Champs classes begin in August for kids ages 5–7. This program helps children build confidence, learn verbal assertiveness, and develop nonviolent self-defense skills through age-appropriate Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Free introductory classes for parents and children will be offered in July.
