Students from Young Women’s Leadership Academy in Midland recently partnered with the Basin Dream Center to enhance its spaces for young adults, creating comfortable, functional areas to relax, study, and connect with mentors. The service project took place as part of the Dallas Cowboys Community Captain Competition, a partnership between the Cowboys, Chevron, and the Abell-Hanger Foundation to encourage teamwork between students and local nonprofits.
