🏠 From a basic $25k deposit to buying 5 properties in 5 years. ⁣⁣ ⁣ 11 years ago, we moved from New Zealand to Australia. We didn’t arrive with a lot but managed to save a deposit of 25k to buy our first home. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Four years later, we sold it for a profit of 85k and purchased our next home.⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ We spent most nights and weekends renovating it ourselves with a budget of $20k.
